I emailed ATI Diesel about some work to do on my 6.7 powerstroke and they responded back to me very fast with great information and we're very helpful.Got my jalopy right! The b-bus has never ran so good! Sometimes you don't know what's right, until the professionals get their hands on it! 😉 Same goes for what's wrong.. 😔 But they fixed me up so good! While it was in there I also had them do a full maintenance and inspection had still had the truck back the next day! I’ve had a few simple question and a quick text to Austin and he’s always been willing to answer and explain things where other shops arnt willing to help the DIYer. I’ve even received videos/pictures on worn/broken parts on my truck. The shop did a front end work on one of our work trucks and it was done right and no issues and was done in a timely manner. Edit, went home and crawled under my truck to view the work that was done and noticed a lot of coolant. So i texted them. They had to lift the cab and disconnect coolant lines so i was just double checking it was that and not a leak, immediately Austin (owner) called me and said normally they ALWAYS wash engine bays and mustve forgot this one time, without me even complaining he asked for my venmo and sent me $40 for a wash (way more than enough) all in all I think they have an honest operation going on and I %100 will be happily going back if i need more work done in the future.Been here more than once. Excellent troubleshooting, honest fixes, and fair prices. Great people.Coming home from a 2,000 mile trip and had issues with my Duramax. My husband brought his pickup to have the engine replaced, which we anticipated to be expensive and stressful. Kylie made sure to get us the best deal out of our warranty, in turn, leaving the bill at basically nothing; and we received our truck back quite a bit faster than we thought, too. Their communication, integrity and motivation deserve more than 5 stars, in my opinion.
